H1 House

The location of housing has been decisive in the genesis and development of the project, first of all we find a neighborhood of single family housing developments with a conventional architectural language and the other hand a steep slope of land with beautiful views over the banks of Bernesga river. The choice of a single material such as concrete facilitates the resolution of structural problems associated with establishing in this difficult location and stresses in sharp contrast with its surroundings a commitment with contemporary architectural language.

The house come forward and closes itself in a gesture of ground adaptation and searching the best views thus achieved north protection and privacy with the existing housing environment. This gesture housing's introspective generates a rich set of visual relationships between the interior spaces of the house and between them and the views outside.

The housing program is solved in three floors. Garage and facilities are located on ground floor. The first floor where two bodies are jointed one of them is destined to a day area and the other one that moves over the plot it is destined to studio and master bedroom. On the second floor are located the other bedrooms. The roofs are flat, using one of them as a lookout over the river bank.
